課堂安排 Classroom arrangement

• 為確保環境衛生，進入課室的人士必須先脫掉鞋履並穿上清潔的襪子。To ensure sanitation, people entering the classroom must take off their shoes and put on clean socks.
• 為保留學位，課程費用需於至少課程前5 個工作天完成繳付以作確實。Payment must be made at least 5 working days before the commence date of the course in order to confirm the application.
• 如需更改上課日期必須在課堂3天前通知本中心，並需支付港幣$50的行政費。 If you need to change the class date, you must notify the centre 3 days before the class and pay an administrative fee of HK$50.
• 孩子如患病建議留家休息。請在課堂開始2小時前通知本中心及出示醫生證明方可安排免費補課。If the child is sick, it is recommended to stay at home. Please notify the centre 2 hours before the start of the class, and show the doctor"s certificate in order to arrange free supplementary class.
• 所有改堂及補課均需於一個月內完成(只安排1次)，已申請的請假及補課不能更改時間，任何情況下缺席補堂者當自動棄權論。 All the changed and supplementary classes must be completed within one month (only one time). Applied leave and supplementary classes cannot be changed. In any case, the absentee will be automatically abstained.

• 已繳交的費用不可轉讓與退款。The fees paid are not transferable and refundable.
• 如課堂已停辦，中心將編排於其他有空位的課堂，當中有可能是您的孩子已參加過的課程。If the class has been discontinued, the centre will arrange another available course, which your child may have already attended.

•  若老師缺席，亦沒有代課老師，我們將另外安排補課，並會於課堂開始前至少兩小時通知家長改期。If the tutor is absent and there is no substitution, we will arrange another supplementary class and will notify the parents to reschedule at least two hours before the start of the class.

特殊天氣安排 Special weather arrangement

• 當發出紅色暴雨警告信號或3號強風信號，本中心將照常上課。 When a red rainstorm warning signal or a strong wind signal No. 3 is issued, the centre will commence classes as usual.
• 當發出黑色暴雨警告信號或8號或以上強風信號時，本中心將停止上課。When a black rainstorm warning signal or strong wind signal No. 8 or above is issued, the centre will stop the class.
• 當天文台宣佈在課堂開始前兩小時將改掛8號或以上強風信號，或將會發出黑色暴雨警告訊號，所有課堂將會取消，稍後再作安排。When The Observatory announces that it will issue the strong wind signal No. 8 or above two hours before the start of the class, or a black rainstorm warning signal will be issued. all classes will be cancelled and will be rearranged later.
• 當天文台宣布改發3號 / 1號颱風或黃/紅色暴雨警告信號後2小時，於辦公時間內，本中心將照常開放。唯中心可按實際情況而決定課堂是否繼續進行，將再另行通知。Two hours after the Observatory announces the change of the No. 3/No. 1 Typhoon or Yellow/Red Rainstorm Warning Signal, the Centre will be open as usual during office hours. The centre will decide whether the class will be continue according to the actual situation and will notify separately.
• 由於惡劣天氣取消的課程，可獲補課。補課安排請參考<課堂安排需知>。Cancellation of courses due to bad weather will have supplementary classes. Please refer to < Classroom Arragement >.
• 因為天氣情況需更改課堂，本中心會在當天於FACEBOOK發放訊息，請家長留意。For re-schedule of the class due to bad weather, the centre will post a message on Facebook on the same day, parents please pay attention.

免責條款 Disclaimer

• 如學生或家長在參與本中心課堂/活動期間有任何損傷或遺失，本中心恕不負責。The Centre is not responsible for any damage or loss of students during the class/activity of the student or parent.
• 「快樂互動大本營」擁有在毋須事先通知的情況下修改以上條款和細則的最終決定權。IPC has the final decision to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
